
Procurement Analyst
The City of Portland, Oregon is seeking an experienced and organized Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the City's procurement activities, and for developing and implementing strategies to improve the procurement process. You will be responsible for researching, reviewing and evaluating vendor contracts and bids, and for providing guidance and support to staff on procurement procedures and policies.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in procurement, including knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of public procurement and contract management.
