
Electrical Engineer

- Design and Develop Electrical Infrastructure: The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop critical electrical infrastructure projects for the City of Portland. This includes conducting research, creating plans and specifications, and overseeing the construction process.
- Ensure Compliance with Standards and Regulations: The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical projects are compliant with relevant standards and regulations set by the City, state, and federal agencies. This includes staying up-to-date with code changes and implementing necessary updates to projects.
- Conduct Inspections and Quality Control: Regular inspections and quality control checks are essential to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for conducting these checks and addressing any issues that arise.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Codes, Regulations, And Standards.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Relevant Computer Programs.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
