Job Description

The City of Portland, Oregon is looking for a motivated and experienced Economic Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing effective economic strategies that promote economic stability and growth in our city. As the Economic Planner, you will provide technical assistance to city officials, conduct research, develop and evaluate programs, and ensure compliance with local and federal laws.We are seeking an individual with a passion for economic planning and a commitment to making Portland a great place for business and residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of economic analysis, planning, and policy development with the ability to represent the city in a professional and competent manner.
