Business Systems Analyst

The City of Portland, Oregon is searching for a highly motivated and organized Business Systems Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about using their expertise to drive forward the City's mission of providing quality services to our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a knack for developing and implementing effective business systems. The primary responsibilities of this position include analyzing existing business systems and processes, developing new and improved systems and processes, and providing technical support for the City’s business systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a business systems analyst role. Additionally, experience with enterprise-wide systems, data analytics, and project management is preferred.
