Job Description

The City of Philadelphia is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in providing technical assistance to our customers. This position requires an individual who is highly detail-oriented, has excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about helping others. As the Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and helping to troubleshoot and resolve their technical issues.We are looking for a candidate with a background in IT, customer service, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking is also a must. In addition, the successful candidate should also have a strong customer service background and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
