Response Planning Program Manager

At the City of Philadelphia, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Response Planning Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient leader who can manage complex response planning projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires a deep understanding of the principles of emergency response planning and the ability to think strategically and execute with precision. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for building collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, the Response Planning Program Manager must have a minimum of five years of experience in program management, emergency response planning, and/or public administration, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Familiarity with local, state, and federal emergency response laws, regulations, and procedures is also essential.
