Job Description

The City of Philadelphia is looking for an experienced and highly motivated OEM IT Manager to join our Information Technology team. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in managing OEM IT operations and leading IT projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and tactically while managing and developing a team of IT professionals.The OEM IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the OEM IT department. This includes ensuring the timely delivery of projects, leading IT projects, and evaluating team performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field* A minimum of five years' experience managing IT operations and projects* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team* Extensive technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software* Experience managing budgets, resources, and personnel* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
