- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns with construction plans.
- Keep up-to-date with current building codes and regulations in the City of Philadelphia to ensure accurate and efficient plan reviews.

Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Building Plans Review, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Building Codes, Zoning Regulations, And Construction Standards.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Contractors, Architects, And Other Stakeholders.
