Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at the City of Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional HR services to our employees. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll. The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees, are essential. The candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate must have a commitment to representing the City of Philadelphia in a professional and positive manner.
