1. Manage and maintain the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for the City of Philadelphia.
2. Ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data within the HMIS.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues with the HMIS, working closely with IT teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
4. Develop and implement procedures for data entry, data quality, and data privacy in compliance with federal regulations and local policies.
5. Train and support users on the proper usage of the HMIS, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.

10. Serve as a point of contact for any HMIS-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
11. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the HMIS.
12. Assist with the development and implementation of new features or upgrades to the HMIS.
13. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the HMIS is integrated and compatible with other systems used by the City.
