  1. Oversee the technical aspects of the City of Philadelphia's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
  3. Manage and lead a team of technical professionals responsible for the maintenance and support of the ERP system.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the ERP system.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions through the ERP system.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to continuously improve the ERP system.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for the ERP system.
  9. Monitor and maintain system security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  10. Train and mentor team members on the technical aspects of the ERP system.
  11. Develop and manage a budget for the ERP system, including hardware, software, and maintenance costs.
  12. Communicate updates, changes, and enhancements to the ERP system to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and effective support for the ERP system.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the ERP system.
  15. Act as a liaison between the technical team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Erp Systems.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Erp Systems, Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Coordinate, And Execute Erp System Upgrades And Enhancements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
