- Assist in the implementation of the ERP software and ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
- Collaborate with the IT department to resolve any technical issues related to the ERP software.

Extensive Knowledge Of Erp Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Microsoft Dynamics. This Includes Experience In Implementing, Customizing, And Troubleshooting These Systems.
Training And Coaching Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Coaching Individuals Or Teams On The Use Of Erp Systems. This Includes Developing Training Materials, Conducting On-Site Or Virtual Training Sessions, And Providing Ongoing Support.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For An Erp Trainer, As They Will Be Responsible For Conveying Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Users. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Train And Support End-Users.
