We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic partnerships, and driving collaborative efforts to address the city's most pressing challenges. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building successful partnerships and a passion for driving impactful change.   1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses.
  2. Develop and implement strategic partnerships that align with the city's goals and priorities.
  3. Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration to address the city's most pressing challenges.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing partnerships, making adjustments as needed.
  5. Act as a liaison between the city and its partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and support to city departments and initiatives on partnership development and management.
  7. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess their viability.
  8. Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders and city leadership to promote the benefits of partnerships.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the city's overall objectives.
  10. Stay informed about current events, trends, and issues that may impact the city and its partnerships.
  11. Represent the city at events and meetings, promoting its values and objectives.
  12. Develop and manage a budget for partnership initiatives and activities.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of partnership professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve success.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the city's partnership efforts, seeking new and innovative ways to drive positive change.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Partnership Development Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With External Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Successfully Managing And Implementing Strategic Partnerships.

  • Knowledge Of Local Government Operations And Policies, As Well As Understanding Of The City's Social, Economic, And Political Landscape.
