  1. Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support the city's growth and evolution.
  2. Lead and manage a team of change management professionals to ensure successful execution of change initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand and anticipate changes in the city's needs and goals.
  4. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Communicate change management plans and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  6. Drive adoption and engagement of change initiatives by effectively communicating the benefits and impacts to employees and citizens.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization.
  8. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and incorporate it into change plans.
  9. Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in change management to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Change Management Role, Preferably In A Government Or Large Organizational Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Organizational Change Initiatives, Including Stakeholder Engagement And Communication Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies, Such As Prosci Or Kotter's 8-Step Process.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Organizational Psychology, Or Human Resources. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Track Progress.
