Job Description

As an essential part of the City of Los Angeles' personnel team, the Personnel Analyst plays an integral role in helping to create a fair and equitable work environment. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel management and/or human resources, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with all levels of personnel.
