Job Description

As the Payroll Supervisor at the City of Los Angeles, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective management of payroll operations. You will lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, while also helping to identify any areas that could benefit from improvement. We’re looking for a motivated individual with an eye for detail and a commitment to customer service. To be successful in this role you will need a combination of experience in payroll and management, as well as the following qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in payroll management• Thorough knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll systems• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksIf you’re looking for an opportunity to join a progressive organization and grow your career, this could be the perfect fit for you.
