  1. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to support decision making.
  4. Organize and maintain records, files, and databases.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with other departments and agencies to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  8. Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting materials.
  9. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and expenditures.
  10. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  11. Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned.
  12. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
  13. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  14. Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support Or Office Management.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Computer Programs.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of People.
