Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: A Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, Or Healthcare Administration, Is Required For An Advance Practice Provider Job At City Of Los Angeles.

  • State Licensure: All Applicants Must Hold An Active And Unrestricted License To Practice As An Advance Practice Provider In The State Of California.

  • Specialized Certification: City Of Los Angeles Requires Candidates To Hold Specialized Certifications In Their Area Of Practice, Such As Certified Nurse Practitioner (Cnp) Or Certified Physician Assistant (Cpa).

  • Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Advance Practice Provider Is Preferred For This Role, With A Strong Emphasis On Primary Care And Preventive Medicine.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Advance Practice Provider At City Of Los Angeles, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Collaborating With Other Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Their Families.
