Senior HR/Risk Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, talented and motivated Senior HR/Risk Analyst to join our team at the City of Fresno. This role is critical to the success of our HR/Risk department and requires excellent problem solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate has a combination of leadership and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR and Risk processes.The Senior HR/Risk Analyst must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and at least five years of experience in HR/Risk analysis. In addition, they must have exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously. They must be knowledgeable on all relevant laws, regulations and guidelines related to HR/Risk and be able to utilize available resources to develop solutions.
