SCADA Specialist

City of Fresno is looking for an experienced and passionate SCADA Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to utilize their knowledge and experience to help us maintain our SCADA systems. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of SCADA systems, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. This individual must be able to work independently, as well as be a team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clear and concise instructions when needed.The SCADA Specialist must have a minimum of three years' experience in SCADA systems, as well as a working knowledge of network protocols and communication standards. In addition, the individual should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology. Experience in PLC programming and HMI development is highly desired. A working knowledge of electrical engineering is also a plus.
