- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including financial institutions and investors, to facilitate asset management activities.
- Review and approve asset management plans and proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, such as Underwriter I and analysts, to enhance their understanding of asset management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and market trends to continuously improve asset management strategies.
- Represent the City in meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders, conveying complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline asset management processes.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all asset management activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure effective asset management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on asset management matters and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor the City's financial budget and forecasts.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Underwriting And Asset Management.
Knowledge Of Local And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Financing And Lending.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
