- Develop and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Monitor and track changes in regulatory requirements and provide guidance to the organization on how to adapt and remain compliant.
- Collaborate with various departments and staff to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain a system for documenting and reporting compliance activities, including audits and investigations.

- Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on ethical and compliance matters.
- Communicate effectively with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure transparency and cooperation in compliance matters.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with relevant regulatory agencies to stay informed on any changes or updates to compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a code of conduct and ethical standards for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and reports.
- Uphold the organization's commitment to ethical and compliant practices in all interactions and activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Environmental, Zoning, And Building Codes.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Interact Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Community Members, And External Agencies.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Experience With Compliance Software And Systems.
