  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data needs for various projects and initiatives
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to provide insights and recommendations for decision making
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track progress and measure the effectiveness of projects
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality work
  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and project management, and apply them to improve processes and methodologies within the organization
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and project management, providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate collaboration and data sharing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives to drive improvement and progress within the City of Detroit.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In An Analytical Role.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
