  1. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in government services.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant data.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and systems in order to enhance government services.
  4. Utilize technical skills and knowledge to identify and troubleshoot issues in current systems.
  5. Communicate complex data and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve government services.
  8. Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and systems.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to implement new technologies and systems.
  11. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends that can inform decision-making.
  12. Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates and recommendations on projects.
  15. Continuously evaluate and suggest ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Evaluation, And Project Management.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Using Software Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.

  • Knowledge Of Local Government Policies, Procedures, And Budgeting Processes.

  • Strong Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
