  • Serve as a key member of the administrative team, supporting the operations of the City of Detroit
  • Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics to inform decision making and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to department heads and other stakeholders
  • Assist with budget planning and monitoring, ensuring adherence to fiscal policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for department staff
  • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to members of the public, elected officials, and other stakeholders

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Administrative Or Analytical Roles, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Create Reports, Presentations, And Data Visualizations.
