  1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for various buildings and facilities within the City of Detroit.

  10. Train and supervise junior plumbers and apprentices as needed.

  12. Manage and maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment.
  13. Adhere to the City of Detroit's policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Represent the City of Detroit in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in all plumbing work and contribute to the overall improvement of the city's plumbing systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Plumber In A Municipal Or Commercial Setting.

  • Valid Journeyman Or Master Plumber License Issued By The State Of Michigan.

  • Knowledge Of Local And State Plumbing Codes And Regulations.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Drawings.
