  1. Oversee and manage a team of electrical workers in their daily tasks, ensuring high quality work and adherence to safety protocols.

  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  4. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate and prioritize electrical projects and maintenance tasks.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.
  8. Maintain inventory and order necessary materials and equipment for the team.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, utilizing extensive knowledge of electrical systems.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and improve processes.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  12. Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating any concerns or issues and providing solutions.
  13. Uphold the city's core values and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  14. Participate in emergency response situations and provide support as needed.
  15. Represent the city in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Work, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Journeyman Electrician License Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Trade School.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Codes, Regulations, And Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Delegate Tasks.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Documents Related To Electrical Systems.
