
Classification Compensation Analyst III

- Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine appropriate classification and pay grade for all positions within the organization.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job classification standards.
- Conduct market analysis and research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation for employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to review and update job descriptions and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments or changes.
- Participate in salary surveys and utilize benchmark data to make informed decisions regarding compensation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that compensation programs align with the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for managers and employees on compensation policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of job classifications and compensation data.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new or revised compensation programs.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive compensation information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Job Classification, And Salary Administration.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Flsa, Eeo, And Ada.
Experience With Job Evaluation Methodologies, Including Point Factor And Market-Based Approaches.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
