  3. Provide guidance and mentorship to youth, promoting positive behavior and personal development.
  4. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to enhance and expand youth services.
  5. Plan and facilitate educational and recreational activities for youth of various ages and backgrounds.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Youth In A Social Service Or Community-Based Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Child And Adolescent Development, As Well As Trauma-Informed Care Practices.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Programming For Diverse Populations Of Youth, Including Those From Low-Income And At-Risk Backgrounds.
