- Provide administrative support: The Senior Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the City of Burbank, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Maintain organization: This role will be responsible for maintaining organization within the office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Process documents and forms: The Senior Clerk will be responsible for processing various documents and forms, such as invoices, purchase orders, and permits, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure accuracy of information: It will be the Senior Clerk's responsibility to ensure that all information entered into databases and documents is accurate and up-to-date.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clerical Or Administrative Role, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Including Word, Excel, And Powerpoint.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Internal And External Stakeholders.
