1. Act as a representative of the City of Burbank Police Department and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
2. Uphold the values of integrity, respect, and professionalism in all interactions with colleagues, superiors, and members of the community.
3. Engage in physical and mental training to prepare for the rigors of law enforcement work.
4. Learn and follow department policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
