- Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy for the City of Burbank.
- Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to raise awareness and educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
- Serve as a resource and advisor to employees and management on diversity and inclusion matters.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and leaders to advance diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay current on industry best practices and legal requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Facilitate and lead discussions on diversity and inclusion topics to promote dialogue and understanding among employees.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues related to diversity and inclusion.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Work.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Principles And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Engage With Diverse Stakeholders.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Initiatives And Programs In A Public Or Municipal Setting.
