Voice Network Analyst

City National Bank is seeking an experienced Voice Network Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills to help maintain, administer, and troubleshoot our voice network systems. The successful candidate should be a self-starter and have a passion for technology and customer service.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in Voice Network Administration. In addition, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and PBX technologies, and experience with network security, routing and switching, and network troubleshooting. The Voice Network Analyst must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
