Sr Specialist - Transition and Logistics

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Transition and Logistics to join our team at Cincinnati Children's! This role is critical to ensuring that our organizational initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transition and logistics processes, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.The Senior Specialist - Transition and Logistics will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is excited to work in a collaborative team atmosphere. This individual must be comfortable with taking initiative and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in a logistics or transition-related field, as well as a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required, and knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor transition and logistics processes to ensure organizational initiatives are executed on time and on budget • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take initiative to ensure tasks are completed • Maintain excellent communication and problem-solving skills to solve any issues that may arise • Work independently and as part of a team to meet organizational goals • Develop and maintain enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle to ensure accurate tracking of transitions and logistics • Create and update reports to track progress and performance in transition and logistics initiatives • Monitor budget and expenses related to transition and logistics initiatives • Identify areas of improvement in transition and logistics processes and recommend solutions • Provide training and guidance to team members on transition and logistics processes and procedures
