  1. Conduct data analysis and provide accurate and timely business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends and patterns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  4. Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a user-friendly and understandable format.
  5. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
  8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  10. Communicate data findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting activities to align business intelligence initiatives with organizational objectives.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  14. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data security and privacy policies.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Statistics, Or Computer Science.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Data Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Sql, Tableau, And/Or Sas.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
