Senior Administrator - CL Systems

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the CL Systems team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.
2. Execute tasks and projects with minimal oversight, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Proactively manage tasks and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
5. Liaise with external stakeholders and partners as required.
6. Support the team with day-to-day operations, including handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
7. Assist with the design and implementation of systems and processes to improve efficiency.
8. Utilize effective communication skills to articulate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
10. Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
