
Safety Consultant, Human Factors
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Safety Consultant, Human Factors to join the Cincinnati Children's family. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the safety and compliance program for healthcare services and products offered by the organization. You will be a critical partner in ensuring that Cincinnati Children's can provide the highest quality of care to its patients.We are looking for a professional with experience in healthcare safety and human factors, as well as an understanding of relevant regulations. You must also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. If you are a safety professional with a passion for protecting patients and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the safety and compliance program for the healthcare services and products offered by the organization • Ensure that Cincinnati Children’s is able to provide the highest quality of care to its patients • Monitor and enforce quality assurance related to safety and human factors in the healthcare industry • Develop and implement safety and compliance strategies to ensure that quality standards are met • Monitor and evaluate safety and compliance programs to ensure their effectiveness • Stay up to date with relevant regulations and advise management on compliance matters • Identify and address potential safety issues and provide corrective action plans • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance standards are met • Develop and deliver safety and compliance training programs • Prepare reports and presentations for management • Investigate and analyze safety incidents and recommend corrective action plans
