Radiologic Technologist

We are looking for an experienced and caring Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Cincinnati Children's. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a dedication to providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will use specialized equipment to produce images of patients, which will then be used to diagnose and treat medical conditions. We are looking for a professional who can work well with other medical staff and provide the highest level of care to our patients and their families.To be considered for this position, you must have an Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, and be licensed and certified as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Ohio. You will also need to have at least two years of experience in a pediatric setting and a strong understanding of radiation safety and protection. Responsibilities: • Use specialized equipment to produce images of patients for diagnosis and treatment • Ensure radiation safety and protection in accordance with state and federal regulations • Work collaboratively with other medical staff to provide high-quality patient care • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and imaging • Educate patients and their families on radiologic procedures and safety • Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning • Adhere to all safety measures and guidelines when working with patients
