• Conduct and oversee innovative research projects related to pediatric lung diseases, including designing experiments, analyzing data, and publishing findings.
• Collaborate with other researchers and clinicians at Cincinnati Children's to advance our understanding of pulmonary biology and develop new treatments and therapies.
• Teach and mentor students, fellows, and other trainees in the field of pulmonary biology, including providing guidance and support for their research projects.
• Participate in grant writing and fundraising activities to secure funding for research projects and initiatives.
• Act as a leader and role model for promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, and actively work to create an atmosphere of respect and collaboration.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees, meetings, and events to contribute to the overall mission and goals of Cincinnati Children's.
