  1. Oversee and manage various programs within the organization, ensuring their success and alignment with the organization's mission.
  2. Work closely with a team of experts to develop, implement, and evaluate programs aimed at improving child health.
  3. Utilize exceptional organizational skills to develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and resources.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure program goals are met and progress is reported.
  5. Provide strong leadership and guidance to program staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  6. Monitor program activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support program initiatives.

  9. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in program management to continually improve processes and outcomes.
  10. Demonstrate a passion for improving the health and well-being of children and advocate for the needs of patients and their families.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough program documentation and reports for internal and external use.
  12. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to program management and child health.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations related to program management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles, Including Project Planning, Budgeting, And Risk Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience With Quality Improvement Initiatives And Data Analysis.
