- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our physicians and their services to the community, with a specific focus on pediatric healthcare.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, researchers, and marketing professionals to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize your expertise in healthcare marketing and communications to develop creative and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, community partners, and media outlets.
- Translate complex medical information into clear and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements based on data and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing and communications, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- Represent Cincinnati Children's at events and conferences, and serve as a spokesperson for our organization and physicians.
- Serve as a liaison between our physicians and the marketing team, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed and their voices are represented in marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the community and media to promote our physicians and their services, and enhance our brand reputation as a leader in pediatric healthcare.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Marketing Or Communications Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Ability To Navigate Complex Healthcare Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals.
