Pediatric Cardiac Rehab Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Cardiac Rehab Supervisor to join our team at Cincinnati Children’s. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Pediatric Cardiac Rehabilitation program, providing leadership and guidance to the staff, and ensuring that the program is providing the highest quality of care to our patients and their families.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as exercise science, physical therapy, or nursing, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a cardiac rehab setting. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pediatric Cardiac Rehabilitation program • Provide leadership and guidance to the staff • Ensure that the program is providing the highest quality of care to patients and their families • Communicate effectively with patients and their families • Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for the program • Develop and implement strategies to improve the program • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Monitor patient progress and outcomes • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the program • Manage budgets and resources • Maintain records and documentation • Develop and implement educational programs for staff and patients • Provide ongoing training and support to staff • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients
