Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neonatology Staff Physician to join Cincinnati Children's, one of the nation's leading pediatric healthcare providers. Our ideal candidate will be a board-certified neonatologist with an MD degree and specialized knowledge in the care of newborns. The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence and continuous quality improvement.The Neonatology Staff Physician will work with an experienced team of neonatal specialists and staff in providing comprehensive care to infants with varying levels of complexity. They will also be responsible for participating in research and clinical studies that further the knowledge of neonatal care and medical practices. The Neonatology Staff Physician will be expected to adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct, as well as maintain a consistent commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing the highest level of care to neonatal patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, they must possess the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and complex environment.
