  1. Provide high-quality care to newborns in the neonatal department.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for newborns.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of newborns' health and medical needs.
  4. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each newborn.
  5. Monitor and track the progress and development of newborns.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current practices and advancements in neonatal medicine.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely medical records for each patient.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  10. Provide support and guidance to families of newborns, educating them on their child's condition and treatment.
  11. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  12. Collaborate with other specialists and departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  13. Act as a mentor and resource for other healthcare professionals in the neonatal department.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided to newborns.
  15. Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Do) With Board Certification In Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

  • Current State Medical License And Ability To Obtain Medical License In Ohio

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Neonatologist

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In Neonatal Care

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team Environment.
