  1. Provide excellent patient care to infants in the neonatal unit, including diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions.
  2. Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for neonatal patients.
  3. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of neonatology, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to become successful physicians.
  4. Conduct research in the field of neonatology, including designing and implementing studies, analyzing data, and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals.
  5. Participate in departmental and hospital committees and meetings to contribute to the development and improvement of patient care, education, and research.
  6. Work closely with other departments and specialties to provide comprehensive care for neonatal patients and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in neonatology through attending conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities.
  8. Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and ethical behavior for all members of the healthcare team.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to patients.
  10. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, seeking out opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Neonatology Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Postdoctoral Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting

  • Active Participation In Research Projects And Publications In The Field Of Neonatology

  • Board Certification In Neonatology Or Eligibility For Certification
