- Conduct molecular biology experiments and assays related to cardiovascular diseases under the guidance of the lead researcher.
- Perform literature reviews and stay up-to-date on current research in the field of pediatric cardiology.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments and present findings to the research team.
- Assist in the design and implementation of research projects and protocols.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of all experimental data and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize experimental procedures.
- Participate in lab meetings and contribute ideas for new research directions.
- Maintain and organize laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members and trainees.
- Attend conferences and present research findings as needed.
- Uphold ethical standards in all aspects of research and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to grant writing and manuscript preparation.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through attending workshops and staying updated on advancements in the field.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
Prior Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In Cardiovascular Research.
Familiarity With Molecular Biology Techniques Such As Pcr, Cloning, And Dna Sequencing.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation Using Statistical Software.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
