  6. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through data quality checks and troubleshooting.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and business intelligence, providing guidance and support to team members.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement improvements to data systems and processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills in data analysis and business intelligence.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data.
  13. Represent Cincinnati Children's as a leader in the healthcare industry, promoting the organization's mission and values.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes and procedures related to data analysis and business intelligence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Analytics, Information Systems, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics

  • Proficient In Using Bi Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik
