Guest Services Representative

Cincinnati Children's is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team. This individual will be the face of Cincinnati Children's and will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patients, families, and guests. Responsibilities of a Guest Services Representative:

1. Greet and interact with patients, families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Respond to inquiries, handle customer complaints, and provide information regarding services.
3. Maintain a neat and orderly work area and ensure the lobby area remains clean.
4. Maintain accurate records of guest visits and transactions.
5. Answer phones and take messages in an efficient and timely manner.
6. Monitor the security of the lobby area and enforce safety regulations.
7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
8. Work cooperatively with other members of the customer service team to ensure the highest quality of service.
9. Assist with scheduling appointments and other tasks as needed.
10. Maintain confidentiality of all patient and guest information.
