
Guest Services Representative
Cincinnati Children's is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team. This individual will be the face of Cincinnati Children's and will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patients, families, and guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to stay composed in a highly dynamic environment.Required qualifications for this position include:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 6 months of customer service experience• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsWe are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve and who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities of a Guest Services Representative:
- Greet and interact with patients, families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries, handle customer complaints, and provide information regarding services.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area and ensure the lobby area remains clean.
- Maintain accurate records of guest visits and transactions.
- Answer phones and take messages in an efficient and timely manner.
- Monitor the security of the lobby area and enforce safety regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Work cooperatively with other members of the customer service team to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and guest information.
