- Conduct groundbreaking research in the fields of hematology and cancer biology.
- Design and execute experiments to further understanding of these fields.
- Analyze and interpret data and present findings to the scientific community.
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and contribute to scientific advancements.
- Mentor and educate the next generation of scientists, including graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
- Develop and maintain collaborations with other researchers and institutions.
- Secure funding for research projects through grant writing and other funding opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in hematology and cancer biology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into research.
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees and activities.
- Represent the department and institution at conferences and scientific meetings.

Doctoral Degree (Phd Or Md) In A Relevant Field Such As Hematology, Cancer Biology, Or Molecular Biology.
Strong Track Record Of Independent Research, Including Peer-Reviewed Publications And Successful Grant Funding.
Experience In Experimental Techniques Related To Hematology And Cancer Biology, Such As Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, And Genetic Manipulation.
Prior Experience In Mentoring And Training Students And/Or Postdoctoral Fellows.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Other Researchers And Clinicians Within A Multidisciplinary Team.
