Job Description

At Cincinnati Children's, we are looking for an Education Specialist who can provide innovative and comprehensive educational support to our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about education and be able to provide exceptional service to our learners.The Education Specialist should have a Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field and at least three years of experience in educational services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Education Specialist should be comfortable working with a diverse range of learners and have a deep understanding of education best practices.This is an opportunity for an experienced Education Specialist to join a leading medical institution and provide comprehensive educational support to our learners. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs to support learners.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs.
  3. Provide individual support and guidance to learners.
  4. Facilitate group learning sessions.
  5. Develop educational materials and resources.
  6. Design and implement assessments and evaluations of educational programs.
  7. Maintain educational records and data.
  8. Work collaboratively with other members of the educational team.
  9. Provide guidance and feedback to learners.
  10. Facilitate communication between learners and other stakeholders.
